North Resource Hub is a curated resource platform designed to help Canadian property managers and landlords discover and connect with vetted service partners, including providers of software, accounting, tenant screening, and operational support.
North Resource Hub is not a property management company, software provider, brokerage, or sales agency. We act solely as a connection and information platform.
3. Services Provided
North Resource Hub provides:
A directory of Canada-focused service partners
Informational content and resources
Facilitation of introductions between users and service partners
We do not:
Provide property management services
Offer legal, financial, or professional advice
Guarantee outcomes or results from partner engagements
Enter into contracts on behalf of users or partners
Use of the Site is currently free for property managers.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Use the Site for lawful purposes only
Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site
Not use the Site for spam, harassment, or harmful activity
Respect intellectual property rights

5. Partner Relationships
a) No Agency or Employment
Service partners featured on North Resource Hub are independent third parties. We do not employ, control, or supervise their operations.
b) No Endorsement
Listing a service partner does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee of quality.
c) Direct Contracts
Any agreement you enter into with a service partner is solely between you and that partner. North Resource Hub is not a party to such agreements.
6. Disclaimers
a) No Warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
Information on the Site is complete or error-free
The Site will be uninterrupted or secure
Partner services will meet your expectations
